What Standard Maintenance Polar Design Provides in All Packages

Every package includes:
  1. A specific amount of additional support each year that you can use for training / end-user support, or extension of your server environment.

  2. Unlimited ongoing patching of the underlying server operating system and components to ensure server security at schedules set by Polar design. This includes not only core Linux kernels, but SSL, OpenSSH, Apache and other components.
In the case of dedicated servers, we will only upgrade a server's version of Apache, MySQL or PHP, or any key software libraries with a client's involvement to ensure applications that rely on specific version of these components continue to function without disruption.
